Tin Pan Galley Restaurant, directly across from Chrissy Beanz Bakery and within walking distance to all of the Specialty Shops, Restaurants, the Battlefield of the
War of 1812, Museums and Lake Ontario.

Take a stroll through our gardens and paths that lead from the Guest House to the Brick
House next door, to the Courtyard and Patios of Tin Pan Galley Restaurant.
Discover and delight in what you find as you stumble upon the Statuary, Urns and 
Fountains.  Meander through the herb and flower gardens that are tucked and overflowing everywhere.
An abundance of tomatoes, basil, rainbow swiss chard, peacock kale, nasturtiums, rosemary, mint and experimental plants are produced here for the use in dishes such as pesto and pastas, house smoked vegetable sauces, cocktails such as mojitos, decorative plate garnish, and  specialty items for our Restaurant,
